If your trademark is just a word or phrase, do not worry about uploading a picture of your mark. If it is a logo or has some special form, please upload a picture of the mark. Please upload only the trademark, by itself.
If you are already using the trademark, please upload a specimen of your mark. This is different from the upload above. A specimen shows how you use the trademark. For example, how you put the trademark on the products you sell. Or, for services, a picture of your advertisement.
